Account Management and Security

Your 2j bit account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you personally carried it out — is your responsibility. This means you should take all reasonable steps to keep your login details secure.

• Do not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not use the same password for your 2j bit account as you use for other accounts, particularly email or banking.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if you want an additional layer of account security.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

2j bit staff will never ask for your account password — by any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any contact claiming to be from 2j bit that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

If you wish to close your account, contact the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any remaining verified balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method after standard processing checks are completed.

Deposits and Payments

All deposits at 2j bit are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of depositing.

• Deposits are credited to your account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 2j bit account are made to your registered payment method in PKR. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement for new accounts.
• Active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

Prohibited Activities
